Today was a special day for Gunman Constable Ramandeep Singh of DSP City 2. DSP City 2 Sz. Harsimran Singh Bal celebrated Ramandeep's birthday by cutting a cake in his office today and congratulated him on his birthday and also gave him a day off. On this occasion Mr. Bal also gave Ramandeep Singh a congratulatory card sent by the Chief Minister and DGP Punjab on the occasion of police personnel's birthday and a congratulatory message card prepared by the subdivision police.
On this occasion Mr. Ball said that the duty of a gunman is very strict and whenever an officer goes somewhere, the gunmen follow him like a shadow. He said that they don't even get a chance to go home to celebrate any festival. He said that these gunmen who live for years leave their homes and families and become part of their officers' families. The staff of DSP City 2 office were present on this occasion.
