
The grand inauguration of Mata Shri Chintapurni Festival will be held on 26th, CM will inaugurate it
Una, September 25 - The Mata Shri Chintapurni Mahotsav being organized for the first time in Una district will be inaugurated with great pomp on September 26. Chief Minister Mr. Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu will inaugurate the festival on Thursday, September 26. After welcoming the holy flame of Mata Shri Chintapurni ji in the office premises of SDM Amb, he will formally inaugurate the festival at Mela Ground Amb at 4 pm.

After welcoming the holy flame of Mata Shri Chintapurni ji in the office premises of SDM Amb, he will formally inaugurate the festival at Mela Ground Amb at 4 pm.
To finalize the preparations for the festival, MLA Sudarshan Bablu, Deputy Commissioner Jatin Lal and Superintendent of Police Rakesh Singh visited the fair ground Amb on Wednesday and reviewed the arrangements there. He instructed the officials to take full care of the facilities of the people coming to the festival.
During this, the MLA said that all the preparations related to Mata Shri Chintapurni Mahotsav have been completed. To make the festival successful, work has been done in a planned manner so that people do not face any kind of inconvenience during the festival. He said that more than 10 thousand people are expected to come on the first day of the festival. In view of that, the seating and parking arrangements for the people were checked. He said that earlier large scale programs were seen in Kullu and Mandi districts. But this time for the first time, a lot of enthusiasm is being seen among the local people regarding this Mata Shri Chintapurni Mahotsav being held in the assembly constituency Chintapurni.
During this, Deputy Commissioner Jatin Lal inspected the arrangements made by the officers for crowd management, security, health services, cleanliness as well as parking of vehicles. He said that the administration has completed all its arrangements so that people do not face any kind of inconvenience in Mata Shri Chintapurni Mahotsav and they can have better entertainment. Apart from this, he told that cultural programs and sports competitions will also be organized during the festival. The Superintendent of Police gave necessary instructions for smooth traffic and law and order.
During this time, SDM of Amb, Sachin Sharma and other administrative officers were also present.
DC invited for the festival
Deputy Commissioner Jatin Lal, while inviting all the people including the residents of Una district to attend the Mata Shri Chintapurni Mahotsav, said that the Mata Shri Chintapurni Mahotsav will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu on September 26 at 4 pm. On this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri will be the special guest and MLA Chintapurni Sudarshan Bablu will be the special guest. On the second day of the festival, in the cultural evening on September 27, Chairman of Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation and Vice Chairman of Tourism Development Board (Cabinet Minister Rank) R.S. Bali will be the chief guest, while MLA Sudarshan Bablu will be present as the special guest. On September 28, Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri will be the chief guest in the closing ceremony of the festival and Sudarshan Bablu will attend as the special guest.
He said that the district administration has decided to celebrate Mata Shri Chintapurni Mahotsav with a special theme by linking it with social concerns. All three cultural evenings will be dedicated to different social issues. The evening of 26 September will be celebrated as Sukh Ashray Day, the evening of 27 September will be celebrated as Old Age Day, and the evening of 28 September will be celebrated as Divyaang Jan Diwas. The purpose of these themes is to increase awareness and sensitivity towards different sections of the society.

On the other hand, Additional Deputy Commissioner Mahendra Pal Gurjar said that local artists as well as renowned artists from the country and the world will perform in the cultural evenings of Mata Shri Chintapurni Mahotsav, which will be the main attraction of this festival. On the evening of 26 September, Sufi singer Satinder Sartaj will enchant the audience with his popular songs. On 27 September, famous Punjabi singer Lakhwinder Wadali will spread the magic of his voice, and on 28 September, Kulwinder Billa will make the closing evening memorable with his performance. Performances like Phool Ki Holi, Feet on Fire, Mahishasur Mardini Nritya, Drone Show and Wheel Chair Dance will also add to the glory of the celebrations. Apart from this, sports activities, social awareness and entertainment programs will also be organized every day.
