He reviewed the free legal services provided by the District Legal Services Authority and said that the District Legal Services Authority is providing free legal assistance, which the residents of the district should take maximum advantage of. The District and Sessions Judge asked the district administration that the dependent certificates issued to the dependents of persons killed in road accidents should be issued as soon as possible, so that the compensation of two lakh rupees to the dependents of the deceased under 'Compensation to Victim' Can meet on time. He told the police that in case of an accident, if there is a punishment in any court of the district, then in the case of more than 40 percent injured, there is a provision to give compensation to the victim. Therefore, in such cases, the court should be asked to send it to the District Legal Services Authority, so that the victim can be compensated under 'Compensation to Victim'.
The District and Sessions Judge also directed to publicize the National Lok Adalat to be held on May 11 as much as possible. He appealed to the residents of the district and said that they should file maximum cases in this National Lok Adalat and take advantage of it. He said that this saves both time and money. He said that the decision of the Lok Adalat is recognized as a civil decree.
