Patiala, January 10 - SDM Patiala Dr. Ismat Vijay Singh today dispatched an awareness van to give information about EVM and VV PET machine to the voters on the instructions of the Chief Electoral Officer, Punjab, keeping in view the Lok Sabha Elections-2024. This mobile van will be operated in all constituencies of Patiala district (Patiala Urban, Patiala Rural, Rajpura, Sanur, Ghanour, Samana, Shutrana, Nabha) till January 15. The main purpose of this mobile van is to educate each and every voter of the constituency about making votes, correcting votes and voting.
   Making them aware about EVM and VV Pet Machine by playing video clip in the van and voting through EVM machine. This machine is a boon to strengthen India's democracy. On this occasion District Sweep Officer, Patiala Savinder Rekhi and Patiala Urban-115 Nodal Officer Sweep Rupinder Singh, Mohit Kaushal, Vikramjit Singh Supervisor, Madam Monica, Harpal Singh, Jaswinder Singh and concerned BLOs also participated.
