Patiala, January 4 - Patiala MLA Ajitpal Singh Kohli has said that the Chief Minister's Pilgrimage Scheme has received overwhelming response from the people. Today, he launched the third bus from Patiala city under this scheme. Through this bus Dhobi Ghat and Khalsa Mohalla Sangat Takht Sri Damdama Sahib Sabo Ki Talwandi and Sri Darbar Sahib Sri Amritsar Sahib have been visited.
   MLA Ajit Pal Singh Kohli said that Patiala city is a symbolic city of commonality because prayers have always been offered here for the good of all. He said that so far the demand for 22 buses has come from Patiala city itself and there is a lot of enthusiasm among the Sangat for this travel scheme, for which more buses will be sent as per the demand of the Sangat. Ajitpal Singh Kohli said that he is thankful to the Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, due to whose efforts the Punjab government is taking pro-people initiatives on a large scale. He said that under the Chief Minister Pilgrimage Scheme, various religious places Sri Amritsar Sahib, Sri Anandpur Sahib, Sri Damdama Sahib Talwandi Sabo, Mata Vaishnu Devi, Mata Jawala Ji, Mata Chintapurni Ji, Mata Naina Devi Ji, Sri Khatu Shyam Ji and Darshan of Salasar Balaji Dhamji AC. It is being conducted through buses. So the city dwellers must take advantage of this scheme. Naib Tehsildar Pawandeep Singh was also present on this occasion.
