Saroa - Today, the teacher of Government Senior Secondary School Saroa Mr. Gurmel Chand Social Education Master ji has retired unblemished after completing his 28 years of departmental services. On this occasion, the school gave him a farewell party and on this occasion, school principal Dilbagh Singh congratulated him for his 28 years of impeccable service and shared his thoughts about his life.
He appreciated the outgoing teacher's headstrong nature and hard work. Mr. Gurmel Chand shared the memories of the past moments with the school staff and thanked them for their support and wonderful farewell party. The cultural presentations made by the students of the school were greatly appreciated by the dignitaries present. The retired teacher presented two cupboards, Rs.21,000 to the school and Rs.2100 for stationery to the students participating in the farewell party. At the end of the program, Mr. Gurmel Chand was honored by presenting a memento and Surinder Pal Singh thanked the visiting dignitaries.
