Chandigarh: 24th December, 2023: 4 students of Punjab Engineering College (Deemed to be University), Chandigarh, won 3 Gold and 1 Bronze Medals in 61st National Roller Skating Championship, Chandigarh. 
The 61st National Roller Skating Championship took place from December 11th to 21st, 2023, hosted by Chandigarh Roller Skating Association at Sector 10 Skating Rink and Sector 7 KBDAV School. Over 21 states across India participated in the event. During the prize distribution ceremony, the Mayor of Chandigarh and Veterans of Roller Hockey were invited to present awards to the players. In a gracious manner, they encouraged the players, urging them to persevere with dedication and hard work to bring further glory to their state.
