Ranjodh Hadana honored Guinness Book of Records winner Karan Gari

Patiala, December 22- Chairman Ranjodh Singh Hadana specially honored Guinness Book of Records winner and Vice President of Aam Aadmi Party Patiala Youth Wing Karan Gardi with shawl and sirpao. On this occasion, Deepak Sood, State Secretary Trade Wing Punjab in-charge of Dera Basi Constituency was also specially present.

Patiala, December 22- Chairman Ranjodh Singh Hadana specially honored Guinness Book of Records winner and Vice President of Aam Aadmi Party Patiala Youth Wing Karan Gardi with shawl and sirpao. On this occasion, Deepak Sood, State Secretary Trade Wing Punjab in-charge of Dera Basi Constituency was also specially present.
             It is to be noted that Chairman Hadana has given this honor to Karan for registering his name in the Guinness Book of Records for doing 679 push-ups with finger weights and 10 kg weight on his back. The record was previously held by Nika Dejrikwajde of Germany, who did a similar 645 push-ups. Apart from this, Karan told more about himself on the occasion and said that he took inspiration from the famous player Bruce Lee's love for the game. He said that along with his sport, he is also serving the Aam Aadmi Party with sincerity. Karan said that he was practicing it since 2016. He himself runs a gym, in which he trains around 200 youngsters to stay healthy. Even before the current record, he has held three world records, in which the first is 48 push-ups with 1 arm in 30 seconds, the second is 35 push-ups with 4 fingers in 30 seconds and the third is 1632 push-ups in one hour. . According to Karan, he achieved his goal in June 2023, after which he received this certificate from the Guinness Book of Records on 10 December 2023.
