SAS Nagar, December 22 - Sant Ishar Singh Public School Phase – 7, Mohali organized an exhibition in memory of mathematician Ramanujan on the occasion of 'Mathematics Day' on 22 December 2023. Models made by children were displayed in this exhibition.

On this occasion, party tiffin was asked from the children of the school nursery to the second class in which they can get familiar with the different shapes of food like square, triangle, rectangle etc. Students from grades 3 to 12 made models related to angular shapes such as triangles, squares, rectangles, trigonometry, geometry, algebra, and mountains. Math related quiz competition was also conducted among the students.

School principal Inderjit Kaur Sandhu and director Pawandeep Kaur Gill said that the purpose of conducting this artistic work in the school was to provide knowledge about subjects like mathematics to the children through sports. He said that through such activities, children can learn even the most difficult subjects easily.
