Adarsh Social Welfare Society Punjab, under the chairmanship of Founder President Satish Kumar Soni, organized an awareness seminar against drugs in Government High Smart School Dagham today under the campaign Earth Bachao Beti Bachao for the last six years. In which Lakhwinder Kumar Ji Senior Vice President, Kiran Bala Ji Moranwali Vice President, Manjit Ram Heer Sarpanch Moranwali, Jaspreet Kaur, Nishan Lal Ladi Block President Banga, Jarnail Singh Master Primary School, Didar Singh Chairman, Kamaljit Singh Chairman Committee Primary School, Hardeep Kumar ji, Sukhwinder Dagham, Professor Jagdish Roy, Darshan Singh Mattu ji participated in a dignified way. On this occasion, eminent social workers motivated the children through their ideas to free them from drugs. On this occasion, Professor Jagdish Roy ji said that drugs are used by both the lower class and the upper class, the lower class takes the help of drugs to get rid of their troubles and the upper class pushes the youth into this swamp for more profit. On this occasion, the president of the society, Satish Kumar Soni, said that we have to fight on our own to end this dark period. Our dependence on governments is pushing us backwards in this mission. The vice president of the society Kiran Bala ji said that women power needs to raise their voice against this era. Until we wake up, it is pointless to imagine any meaningful outcome. Dr. Lakhvinder Kumar ji performed the stage management of the event very well, he briefly highlighted the activities of the organization till date. The head teacher of the school Madam Navdeep Sahjal ji praised the work done by the society and said that today there are drugs in our school. It is hoped that the awareness seminar against which has been conducted will guide the students of our school. And such efforts will continue in the future. Jaspreet Kaur, a member of the society, thanked the school management committee and the visiting guests who supported in conducting this seminar. On this occasion, the girl child Anmol Saputri Tirtha Ram village Khurdan was also honored who achieved the state level in judo karate. By winning two gold and one silver medal by playing, he brought the name of his parents and village to light in the entire state. Daughter Anmol also spoke about her sports and achievements.
