Special meeting of Rotary Club Banga under the chairmanship of President Roto Principal Gurjant Singh ji, held at Anmol Palace Banga at 5:30 pm. In starting the process of electing a President and Secretary, all club members were repeatedly asked for their willingness to serve as President and Secretary.
All the members said that they are always ready to perform any given responsibility for the club with full dedication. All the members empowered the President to elect the President and Secretary for the year 2024-25.
President J praised all the members for their dedication to Rotary. President J said that all of you are more qualified than me to carry out the responsibility of President and Secretary, but only one member can be selected for this responsibility. Therefore, for the year 2024-25 Roto Surinder Pal Khepar has been nominated as President and Roto Saranjit Singh as Secretary.
All the members welcomed this proposal and unanimously elected Roto Surinder Pal Khepar as President and Roto Saranjit Singh as Secretary for the year 2024-25. The President congratulated the newly elected President and Secretary from the club.

Pradhanji informed that there was a zone meeting at Hoshiarpur on 01 December 2023, in which Pradhanji, Roto Raj Kumar, Assistant Governor 2024-25 and Roto Saranjit Singh, Finance Secretary went. In this meeting Roto Rohit Oberoi, DGN 2025-26 went. informed that he has been chosen by the President Rotary International as the District Action Plan Champion for the year 2025-26 and he wants every club to form a Club Action Plan Committee in which this year's president, next year's president and club action plan champion, so that the club and the project continue to run in an orderly and smooth manner. The President named Roto Surjit Singh Bisla as the club action plan champion, which was unanimously approved.
