He said that in the case of the murder of Satveer Singh, son of Surinder Singh Kandala, among the victims' families (Police Sector 82), no challan has been presented by the police so far, nor has the Kedar government issued any challan to the District Welfare Officer regarding the SCST Act. A recommendation for assistance has been made.

He said that the second case is that of Gurjit Singh Kumbhara and Mahender Singh who had filed an application for fraud on 31st March 2023 and the SHO Sahib of Handesra had also recommended filing a case but this case is pending. He said that he had earlier met SSP Mohali regarding this matter but so far it has not escaped the ears of Mohali police.

He said that the third case is that of a young girl of village Baltana, who had given a written complaint to the police on August 21 that a young man from Kharar had been having physical relations with her for the last 10 years by promising her marriage. During this time she also got pregnant but due to her belonging to scheduled caste now Manish has refused to marry her but even after three months no action has been taken by the police. He said that if action is not taken soon by the Mohali police, then soon the complaint of this matter will be sent to SC Commissioner Punjab and National Commissioner. He said that if the victims do not get justice, the SSP will be surrounded soon.
