SAS Nagar, November 22 - Phase 7 Councilor Mr. Paramjit Singh Happy called the stray cattle catching team of the Municipal Corporation and the stray cows roaming in Phase 7 were handed over. Giving information regarding this, Ward No. 12 Councilor S. Paramjit Singh Happy said that some people have reared cows in Sector 52 of Chandigarh and these people come to graze their cattle on the Mohali side. He said that these animals roam in Phase 7 which damage residents' gardens and spread pollution here and there. Accidents also happen due to these animals and these animals sometimes attack children and the elderly.

He said that after receiving continuous complaints from the residents, they asked the municipal corporation's contractor for catching stray animals. By contacting Manjit Singh, stray cows have been released from here. He said that these animals have been sold once before but despite this the problem is not reducing. He demanded from the administration that steps should be taken to solve this problem.
