The 529th birth anniversary of Baba Shri Chand ji Udasin was celebrated with devotion

SAS Nagar, November 7 - The 529th birth anniversary of Baba Sri Chand Ji Udasin, the eldest son of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, was celebrated with great devotion and enthusiasm at the historical Gurdwara Singh Shaheedan of nearby village Sohana.

SAS Nagar, November 7 - The 529th birth anniversary of Baba Sri Chand Ji Udasin, the eldest son of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, was celebrated with great devotion and enthusiasm at the historical Gurdwara Singh Shaheedan of nearby village Sohana.

In celebration of the birthday, a religious function was organized throughout the day after the feast of Sri Sahaj Path Sahib Ji in the morning, during which Bhai Surjit Singh's Kavishri Jathe presented the entire life of Baba Sri Chand Ji Udasin, the elder Sahibjade of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji to the British congregation. In Kavishari times, the pronoun was done in detail. Shomani preacher Bhai Jatinder Singh Damdami Taksalwala told the congregation through his lectures that Baba Sri Chand ji Udasin was born in the year 1494 in Sultanpur Lodhi city of Kapurthala district in the womb of Mata Tripta ji. Bhai Harmanjit Singh's group made an effort to connect the devotees with the Guru through his Rasabhinne Kirtan by wooing them with Ilai Bani.

Apart from this Bhai Gurvinder Singh, Bhai Gurdeep Singh, Sher A Punjab Kavishri Jatta, Bhai Amarjit Singh, Bhagrane Waal Da Kavishari Jatta, Bhai Shahbaj Singh Bhai Harekamjot Singh, Bibi Karampreet Kaur, Akal Kavishri Jatta Harjas Kirtani Jatta from Bhai Sandeep Singh's Jatta Apart from this, Bhai Inderjit Singh, Bhai Gurmeet Singh, Bhai Jaswant Singh, Bhai Sukhwinder Singh, the present group of Gurdwara Singh Shaheeds entertained the devotees by reciting Hari Jas throughout the day through Katha, Kirtan, Kavishari and Gurmat thoughts. All the groups were honored with siropao. Guru Ka Langar was served throughout the day.
