this was the matter
The members of Shiva Co-operative Transport Society Limited Amb and Shivalik Transport Society Limited Bhanjal had alleged that some members of Shiva Co-operative Transport Society Limited registered in 2009 and Shivalik Transport Society Limited registered in 2016 formed Jai Shankar Truck and Tanker Co-operative Transport Society Limited in 2022 by fraud, which has intruded into their area of ??work. They demanded that Jai Shankar Truck and Tanker Co-operative Transport Society Limited be stopped from working in their area so that the old members can be saved from unemployment and difficult situation. Along with this, they had accused some members of misappropriation and embezzlement of funds and demanded action against them.
This was a resignation
After discussing these issues in the committee meeting, a compromise was reached between the two parties. Under the compromise, it was decided that both the parties will equally share the freight work of Mubarikpur based Live Guard Energy Private Limited. This rule will be applicable on all routes. The freight demand coming to both the parties will also be equally divided and they will work according to their respective bills. Those members of the first party (Shiva and Shivalik Transport Society) who have joined the second party (Jai Shankar Truck and Tanker Co-operative Transport Society) will remain members of the second party.
