Taking back the grants sent in between and getting them out of the financial crisis, correcting the errors in the seniority lists, pending promotions of Master cadre from ETT which has been stopped by the Education Department for the last six years, completing the pending promotions of Masters, Lecturers, Headmasters, Principals, C&V and non-teaching cadres, to stop the implementation of unnecessary curriculum changes made by NCERT under NEP-2020 by the Punjab School Education Board, starting the transfer process, restoration of the reduced ETT posts, there is anger among the teachers against the hanging of the primary department's e-Punjab portal and the pending 5994, 2364 recruitments immediately and giving the benefit of higher responsibility pay hike to unemployed, direct recruitment headmasters, principals, BPEO, lecturers on issuing appointment letters. And the Punjab government can move towards the claim of giving priority to education by resolving these demands of the teachers.
