Patiala, June 28 – Sanjay Kumar Pankaj, Additional Member/PU, Railway Board, New Delhi visited Patiala Locomotive Works (PLW) today. PLW Principal Chief Administrative Officer (PCAO) Pramod Kumar along with senior PLW officials gave them a warm welcome.
During the tour, Pankaj visited various shops of PLW Workshop including Traction Motor Shop, Coil Shop, and LAS. He observed the manufacturing process being carried out by the workers and also gave valuable suggestions to increase the quality standard. Pankaj also praised the employees for their efficient work. After the visit, he held a meeting with PLW officials and shared his suggestions for improving the quality of electric locomotives.
Apart from this, he also met various unions and listened carefully to their issues. Tanuja Pankaj was also warmly welcomed by Radha Raghav Pradhan, PLW Women's Welfare Organization and other members.
