Garhshankar - Like every year, this year also the two-day annual Jod Mela of Darbar Data Sai Peer Ji was celebrated with great devotion on 7th and 8th June in the village Badesaron of the region with the cooperation of the organizing committee and all the devotees. It was completed leaving an indelible memory.

The organizer of the fair, Bakshish Jhalli, while giving information, said that on Friday, June 7, after the ritual of Chadar Poshida at the Darbar, the flag hoisting ceremony was performed after Chiraag Roshan at the Darbar in the evening. After which the Qawwal and Nakal parties who came to the Darbar sang praises of the Peers till late night.

On this occasion, a langar of tea and pakodas was organized for the devotees. On June 8, famous Sufi singers of Punjab, Shri Kanshi Nath, Harry Ball, Jasmine Garhshankar, Tanu Halluwal and other famous artists entertained the audience with Sufi singing at the Darbar. During this fair, where cold sweet water was continuously served, Baba Ji's langar was also served. During the fair, the role of stage secretary was played very well by famous actor Pradeep Bains Garhshankar. During the fair a large number of great men like Sai Mauje Shah Ji, Jeevanpur Jattan, Baba Resham Shah Ji Mola Vahidpur, Babbi Mahant Beharam, Laddu Baba Jeevanpur Jattan etc. participated.
