Patiala, May 25 - Punjab Readymade Garment Association President Naresh Singla today held a meeting with the traders of Punjab, Himachal, Haryana and Chandigarh, in which various garment traders informed the members about their difficulties. On this occasion, Chairman Singla and President Mantar Singh Makkar said that we all need to make an important strategy to compete with online shopping. Apart from that, the sales start before the season, due to which the traders do not get any profit. It was decided not to hold sales before the season. The government was requested to provide some relief to the retail shopkeepers, with which the staff members and the shopkeepers themselves could survive this recession. The factory owners were also asked to ensure access of goods at the right time so that the trade deficit could be met by selling the goods at the right time. On this occasion, the organizers honored the entire team of Readymade Garment Association by giving a bouquet of flowers. Sudarshan Jain, Ramesh Garg, Surinder Dhawan, Parveen, Ravinder Arora, Satish Arora, Sanjeev Kumar, Deepa, Sarthik Arora and Rocky Sharma were present on this occasion.
