Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP government have launched many beneficial schemes for Punjab and Punjabis, such as building houses for 2 lakh people at a cost of 27 crores under the Pradhan Mantri Awaj Yojana. Under the Pradhan Mantri Ujwala Yojana, more than 13 lakh gas connections were given to women. Under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana, about five lakh youths were given free training in their favorite occupations and created employment opportunities for them. In particular, free ration is being distributed to 1.41 crore people of Punjab under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana. Under the Swachh Bharat Mission, more than 5 lakh toilets were also constructed. Funds worth thousands of crores were provided to Amritsar, Jalandhar, Ludhiana under the Smart City Mission and contributed significantly to their development. Along with this, he also appealed to the residents of the constituency to vote in his favor on June 1 and win.
