SAS Nagar, April 27 - After serving nearly 36 years as a servant, Darcha-4 Mulajam Agu Skander Singh of Agri Bhawan was given a farewell party by the rank-4 organization of Agri Bhavan as per the departmental tradition. On this occasion, Director Agriculture Punjab, Mr. Jaswant Singh joined as the chief guest while Mr. Narinder Singh Banipal, Joint Director Agriculture (Input) made a special appearance.

On this occasion, Director Agriculture Punjab Mr. Jaswant Singh said that after working in the field for a few years, Skander Singh spent full time as a servant at the head office and worked diligently and honestly.

Joint Director Banipal said Joint Director Narinder Singh Banipal said that Skander Singh is an honest person and with whatever officer he was assigned to duty, he completed every task on the basis of priority.

During the farewell party, Head Office Organization Chairman Jaswinder Singh, President Sukhwinder Singh Nagra, Senior Vice President Jamuna Singh and the party's dignitaries, District President Prem Chand Sharma and Punjab-UT Employees Action Committee President Kartar Singh Pal, Skander Singh Appreciating the works of the said that Skander Singh participated in the actions taken by the state organization and the joint front regarding the demands of rank-4 employees and fulfilled the responsibility well. On the occasion of the farewell party, the organization honored Skander Singh by presenting him with a bicycle.
