The work of repairing and widening the road on Saroa-Shri Anandpur Sahib-Garhshankar main road from Kahanpur Khuhi to Singhpur is going on war footing. Giving information in this regard, Sevak Daljit Singh Bains Balachaur said that under the supervision of Baba Satnam Singh Ji and Baba Sucha Singh Ji of Kila Shri Anandgarh Saheb Wale due to the demand of the devotees going to Guru Ghars who were troubled by the bad condition of the road, were repairing the said road, also being widened.
He said that by constructing culverts on the sections of the said road, a curve will be made for drainage of water from one side of the road. Then a 50 feet wide road will be built from Singhpur to Kahanpur Khuhi by laying band mix. First the demo will be prepared, after that the look will be added. Due to which the devotees visiting Shri Anandpur Sahib, Mata Naina Devi, Baba Balak Nath, Peer Nigah and other places will get a lot of relief.
He said that more dilapidated roads are being repaired by Babaji. On this occasion, servant Daljit Singh Bains Balachaur, contractor Manjinder Singh Atwal, Chanan Singh Amritsar Sahib Singh, Sahajpreet Singh, Dr. Kewal Brahmpuri, Subeg Singh, Simran Singh were present.
