Kapurthala (Paigam E Jagat) - A world famous organization of writers, Creation Center organized the Principal Nirmal Singh Bhandal Memorial Ceremony at the center's office, Virsa Vihar. Sant Sukhjit Singh Ji Seechewal was the chief guest and Mr. Mota Singh Sarai, the founder of Punjabi Saath England, participated in this event as a special guest. While the President of the Center Shire Kanwar Iqbal Singh, Dr Avtar Singh Bhandal, Eng Khazan Singh, Janakpreet Singh Begowal etc.
         The president of the center and international poet Kanwar Iqbal Singh ji said that Dr. Avtar Singh Bhandal Vice President Creation Center Kapurthala awarded Prince Nirmal Singh Bhandal 2023 Memorial Award to eminent poet Eng Khazan Singh ji to keep his father's memory alive. And Principal Nirmal Singh Bhandal 2024 Commemorative Award in the lap of famous ghazalgo Janakpreet Singh Begowal! The award consisted of cash, dushala and citation.
           It is worth mentioning that Prof. Kulwant Singh Aujla while talking about the poetry and personality of Prin Nirmal Singh Bhandal said that he served the mother tongue Punjabi for a long time. He has received many honors for his contribution to Punjabi literature.
           Among the speakers, Dr. Harbhajan Singh informed the audience about the literary journey of eminent poet Eng Khazan Singh. Dr. Asa Singh Ghuman specially mentioned the literary journey and achievements of famous ghazalgo Janakpreet Begowal. He said that the ghazal singer has complete knowledge of pingal and aruz. Which is also seen from his writings. Dr. Ram Murthy also informed the readers about the honored personalities.
It is worth mentioning that Shehbaz Khan, General Secretary of the Creation Center, played the role of the stage manager very well. Along with them, Ashu Kumra, Secretary of the Creation Center and Malkit Singh Meet, Finance Secretary performed many responsibilities related to the event.
