Garhshankar - The 133rd birth anniversary of Babasaheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Ji was celebrated in the hall of Gurdwara Sri Guru Ravidas as Constitution Day by Garhshankar, a unit of the United Front of Public Organizations. On this occasion, the seminar conducted on the subject of defending the constitution was chaired by Sardar Pyara Singh, former district education officer, Makhan Singh Wahidpuri, Ramji Das Chauhan, Dr. Bikar Singh and Saroop Chand.

By ignoring the common issues of the people like inflation, unemployment, health, education and poverty, by seeking votes in the name of religion, Babasaheb's secular constitution is being grossly violated by the ruling party of the center and some states.

Imprisoning patriotic intellectual writers who oppose the policies of the government by using the right of freedom of expression given by the constitution and calling them traitors also shows the real intention of the government.
