Not issuing job card after every five years is also a big corruption in itself. Dhiman said that not giving work according to the constitutional rights of the workers in MGNREGA has also become a common thing to crush the basic constitutional rights and disrupt the development works in the villages. The entire structure from the bottom to the top is riddled with corruption. Poor workers including widows, poor workers etc. It is unconstitutional to trample on the constitutional rights of unemployed workers and widows and destitutes. Officials sitting on constitutional grounds are not ready to do any checking in MGNREGA.

Dhiman said that Lokpal MGNREGA is making great efforts to restore their rights to the poor MGNREGA workers with a good constitutional spirit. He demanded that MNREGA workers should be given new job cards and guaranteed work for 100 days immediately.
