Mahilpur April 17 - In the results announced by Panjab University, Chandigarh, the students of the MSc Fashion Designing course running in Sri Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College, Mahilpur, have made the name of this institution shine by securing seven positions in the merit list of the university. These female students were specially honored today by the principal of the college Dr. Parvinder Singh and the staff of the concerned department.
Speaking on this occasion, the principal of the college Dr. Parvinder Singh and the head of the department Prof. Rajvinder Kaur said that in the result of the third semester of MSc Fashion Designing-

Student Simran has secured 93.8 percent marks and has secured the first position in the merit list of the university.

Rashmi Talwar, a student of the same course, secured the second position in the merit list of the university with 92.8 percent marks.

He said that the student Jasleen Kaur stood fourth in the merit list of the university with 90 percent marks.

And Ekamjot secured the seventh position in this merit list with 88.6 percent marks.

Ramandeep Kaur is third in the merit list of the university with 89.8 percent marks

Uma Sharma is fifth in the merit list with 89 percent marks

And Jaspreet Kaur has secured the sixth position in this merit list with 88.6 percent marks.

On this occasion, the principal along with the teachers of the concerned department also congratulated these students.
On this occasion, Sikh Educational Council President Sant Sadhu Singh Kaharpur, Patron Dr Jang Bahadur Singh Rai, Manager Inderjit Singh Bharta and General Secretary Prof Apinder Singh also congratulated these students for achieving good positions in the merit list of the university and to work hard.
