SAS Nagar, April 16 - SAS Nagar, built on the lines of Chandigarh, is currently facing a serious problem of stray animals and stray animals are seen roaming everywhere in the city.

Traffic is disrupted due to these stray animals roaming in the city and these stray animals sometimes become the cause of accidents. Apart from this, these animals scatter the waste and dirt around, due to which the dirt is seen to be scattered far and wide. These stray animals include mammals and domesticated animals, whose owners let them roam freely in the city.

These stray animals roaming in the streets often fight sometimes, due to which an atmosphere of terror is sometimes created. Due to these animals, many accidents have happened in the past but the administration has not taken any concrete action to control these animals.

These stray animals spread dirt in front of people's houses by defecating, due to which the city dwellers are very disturbed by these animals. The residents of the city have demanded that these stray animals, which are a threat to the lives of the common people, should be controlled and action should be taken against the animal owners who let them roam freely in the city.
