Una, April 1 - District Election Officer DC Jatin Lal has given instructions to ensure registration of every youth aged 18 years and above studying in all higher educational institutions in Una district in the voter list. He asked all the Assistant Voter Registration and Booth Level Officers to personally visit each such educational institution in their area and ensure that the name of every eligible youth left out of registration is registered in the voter list.

Una, April 1 - District Election Officer DC Jatin Lal has given instructions to ensure registration of every youth aged 18 years and above studying in all higher educational institutions in Una district in the voter list. He asked all the Assistant Voter Registration and Booth Level Officers to personally visit each such educational institution in their area and ensure that the name of every eligible youth left out of registration is registered in the voter list.
He said that the youth who are completing 18 years of age or above on April 1, 2024, can get their names registered in the voter list till May 4, 2024.
The Deputy Commissioner has also asked for full cooperation from the heads of all educational institutions in this. He has appealed that the head of the institute should motivate the eligible youth there to get their vote done. Make it a point that no youth aged 18 or above is left out of registration in the voter list. So that 100 percent participation of young voters in voting can be ensured.
He said that in order to ensure 100 percent participation of new and young voters in the Lok Sabha elections, work is being done to add the names of the missing voters to the voter list. It is our endeavor that no eligible youth is deprived of his right to vote and cast his vote.
He said that to get their name registered in the voter list, the eligible voter should take form no. Those who are completing 18 years of age or above by 2024 can get their names registered in the voter list.
