Una, March 18 - In order to maintain law and order and fair and smooth conduct of elections in view of the Lok Sabha elections 2024, District Magistrate Jatin Lal has ordered all the arms license holders of the district to go to the nearest police station and ammunition dealer on March 25 in the evening.

Una, March 18 - In order to maintain law and order and fair and smooth conduct of elections in view of the Lok Sabha elections 2024, District Magistrate Jatin Lal has ordered all the arms license holders of the district to go to the nearest police station and ammunition dealer on March 25 in the evening. Make sure to turn in your weapons by 5 pm. He said that the deposited weapons would not be released till 5 pm on June 10. Action as per rules can be taken against those who disobey the orders.
The District Magistrate said that this order will not be applicable to Para Military, Home Guard, Police Security, Bank Guard or any other person assigned the duty of law and order. Apart from this, this order will also not be applicable on players associated with the National Rifle Association at various levels.
