Chandigarh: 7th March, 2024:- Punjab Engineering College (Deemed to be University), Chandigarh is feeling proud to announce that our esteemed Prof. Jagdish Kumar, faculty at the Electrical Engineering Department, has joined Rao Birender Singh State Institute of Engineering and Technology Rewari, Government of Haryana as a Director of the Institute officially today on 7th March, 2024.  

While working in the research fields of Power Electronics and Control Engineering, he had been providing his services as a Professor at PEC for more than 20 years (since 2003). With his calm nature, the ability to listen to his students as well as fellow colleagues, observational skills and keen knowledge of the field of Electrical Engineering., he truly deserves this achievement and promotion as an Director. 

Director of PEC, Prof. (Dr.) Baldev Setia, had congratulated him on his success and achievement. He also wished him luck for the coming years of his career ahead. He also felicitated him with a token of Love and Gratitude. 
Along with this, the Electrical Engineering Department of the Institute had also felicitated him with a relieving party-cum-get-together on 6th March, 2024.
