Patiala, March 5 - Journalist and YouTuber Kamalpreet Singh "Preet Saini" died at his home under "mysterious circumstances" on Monday afternoon. He was 42 years old and is survived by his wife Manpreet Kaur and daughter Harnoor (10). He was alone in the lower portion of the house.
Preet Saini's father-in-law Gurdev Singh, who was the first to reach there when Preet's health suddenly deteriorated, said that Preet Saini was rushed to a local private hospital. According to the doctors, he had died before reaching the hospital. According to Gurdev Singh, his son-in-law did not have any physical problem. Preet Saini, whose body has been kept in the mortuary of Rajindra Hospital, Patiala, has parents and other close relatives living in America. Post-mortem is likely to be conducted on Thursday on their arrival here, after which the cause of death will be known. At the same time, Preet Saini's close relative Bhai Baldev Singh Wadala (former Huzuri Ragi Sri Darbar Sahib Amritsar) reached Patiala along with many of his colleagues and expressed his grief and sympathy with the family. He termed Preet Saini as a brave journalist and the voice of the people.
