Una, February 26 - The annual prize distribution ceremony was organized at the Government Women's Industrial Training Institute, Una. Baba Amarjot Singh Bedi participated in the ceremony as the chief guest.
During this, Chief Guest Baba Amarjot Singh Bedi said that in the annual prize distribution ceremony, students get a proper platform to showcase their talent and they are honored for their excellent performance in sports, academics and other activities.
ITI Principal BS Dhillon said that in the ceremony, the chief guest honored Tanichha, who secured first position in the business of sewing art and who received a gold medal and Rs 21 thousand from Himachal Pradesh Technical Education Board, Dharamshala. Along with this, the top players in state level sports competitions were also honored in which Ramdei has secured first rank in the state in triple jump and Nazal Kumari has secured first rank in the state in javelin throw. Apart from this, the top players in other competitions were also rewarded.
