This information was given by Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri after formally inaugurating the Café Cross Road built by Chintpurni Temple Trust at a cost of Rs 60 lakh in village Nandpur of Chintpurni Assembly constituency. Mukesh actress said that there are many major religious places in Himachal Pradesh like Mata Chintpurni, Mata Jwala Ji, Mata Chamunda, Mata Naina Devi and Baba Balak Nath, which are visited by lakhs of devotees throughout the year. Many meaningful steps are being taken by the state government to ensure convenient movement of devotees to all the religious places of Himachal Pradesh and to provide best facilities at these places.
He said that under the Darshan Seva Yojana, about 100 new bus routes are being started from the religious places of Himachal Pradesh to the religious places within the state and also to the religious places of other states so that apart from the devotees coming here, the devotees of Himachal Pradesh can also reach the state. And one can get excellent facilities for visiting religious places located outside the state. The Deputy Chief Minister said that a grand temple of Mata will be built in Chintpurni for which land has been acquired by spending Rs 8 crore. He said that within a month the drinking water and sewerage schemes under construction at a cost of about Rs 25 crore will be inaugurated in Chintpurni.
Mukesh Agnihotri told that under a master plan, Mata Chintpurni temple and tourist facility complexes are being constructed in Chintpurni. A world class consultant has been appointed for these works so that the area can be kept in mind with the future needs of the devotees and the residents of the area. The vision projects can be materialized.
