Patiala, January 14 - Deputy Commissioner Sakshi Sahni has said that special camps are being organized in Patiala district to register pending transfers on January 15 (Monday).
He said that on January 15, officials and employees will register and verify the pending transfer in revenue offices of Patiala district. He appealed to the people to take maximum advantage of this special camp and said that those who have any transfer case pending, they can go to their respective tehsil office on January 15 and get it settled.
He said that orders have already been given to the officials to register all the pending transfers on the spot during the special camp. So that people do not have to face any kind of trouble. The Deputy Commissioner said that he is continuously monitoring the pending transfers So that this work can be completed in a timely manner. He said that even during the special camp held on January 6, more than 1800 pending transfers were registered in the district.
