The villagers take care and maintain it as much as possible at their level, but no attention has been given by the government. Villagers and NRIs from the village panchayat of that place have demanded from time to time to the governments and officials to pay attention to this aspect and to celebrate the martyr's birthday at the official level at Moranwali, but to no avail. I also brought this matter to the attention of the Punjab government and relevant officials at my level.
               On 28th September 2023, some officers ask the concerned people of Moravali village to call the current ruling 'leader' of Garshankar to the memorial. I don't know whether it is true or false, but it is heard that this Netaji got the least number of votes in Moranwali village, that's why his 'kind' eyes are not directed towards this village. So, with the mediation of the officers, 'Netaji' reached Moranwali on the birthday of Shaheed Bhagat Singh. In the event, the villagers complained that neither the 'leader' listens to us nor the BDPO office hears. The 'Leader' and the officers heard this so much that they no longer listen to anything else. I don't know how difficult the day of 28 September 2023 must have been for them. The next day on 29 September 2023, the BDPO office takes the statement of some panchs of the village and recommends to the DDPO Hoshiarpur that the quorum is not complete in this village and an administrator should be appointed here. On the same day on 29th September (see how fast the speed of work is) DDPO writes a letter to all the panchayat members of Moranwali to attend. It is also proved in the statements taken by the DDPO from the Panchayat members that the quorum of the Panchayat is complete But despite this, he sent a letter to BDPO that the quorum of the panchayat is not complete Therefore, a manager should be appointed here. .. and BDPO installed an administrator there despite the completion of the quorum of the panchayat. The next day, all the panchs vote and give it to BDPO and DDPO That we all agree,…. We want to do the development work of the village.... There is no gila shikva among us... the quorum of the panchayat is complete. -
Despite this, the Panchayat there is not being allowed to work. The panchayat has passed three resolutions and demanded that we be allowed to work, but the officials of the panchayat department are not allowing the panchayat to work there. And neither is getting any work done by the manager.
       On September 28, 2023, Chief Minister Mr. Bhagwant Mann had made a statement at Khatkar Kalan that we will make Moranwali village such that people will come to see it from far away. Absolutely Bhagwant Maan ji said right! Along with the 'Mata Vidyavati Monument', people are also seeing the broken roads here and in the future they will also come to see why the Panchayat Department stopped the development works there to please Garshankari 'Leader'? And why were the senior officials and rulers sitting silently?
