Mahilpur, (January 1) - A special event was held today at Nirvanu Kutiya Mahilpur to mark the arrival of the New Year 2024. On this occasion, first of all, the images of Tathagata Lord Buddha and Babasaheb Ambedkar ji were lit in front of (symbols of knowledge) candles and Agarbatti was lit, after which a collective meditation was done to resolve to follow the path shown by Tathagata Lord Buddha and Babasaheb Ambedkar.
On this occasion Nirmal Singh Muggowal Director Nirvanu Kutia Mahilpur, Seema Rani Bodh President Jai Bhim Karwa Charitable Society Raji Mahilpur, Kamaljit Kaur former Sarpanch Mehmedowal, Swami Rajinder Rana, Sukhwinder Kumar retired bank employee, Rekha Rani, Tarsem Kaur, Diya, Jasmin, Chhina, Pankaj Kumar, etc. were present. On this occasion, a cake was cut in celebration of Jasmin's birthday. Everyone shared tea and water together and wished each other for the New Year. Son and daughter Equality Day has been decided to be held on Friday 12th January 2024 from 12 noon to 3 p.m. On this occasion, new born girls and boys will be honored by giving gifts.
