Patiala, December 30 - Additional District Magistrate Anuprita Johal issued an order under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act No. 2 of 1974) to ban clubs, hotels, dhabas, shops, street vendors etc.
Orders have been issued to close on 31st December 2023 and 1st January 2024 till 1 am.
Apart from this, the rules of the Tax and Excise Department will remain applicable.
