Nawanshahr, December 29: Deputy Commissioner Navjot Pal Singh Randhawa has instructed that reflectors should be installed on vehicles to prevent road accidents due to dense fog. He said that the winter season has started and at present there is very thick fog. There is a fear of accidents on the roads due to dense fog.
Apart from this, due to sugarcane season at present, farmers are bringing sugarcane from different places at Nawanshahr Sugar Mill. He said that it is very important to install reflectors on the back and sides of sugarcane-laden trolleys, so that any loss of life/property can be avoided.
