Garshankar, December 26 - The annual free medical camp organized in village Akalgarh will be organized on Sunday January 28 at Gurdwara Sis Ganj Sahib village Akalgarh.
Sv. Hargurchet Singh Gill, son of S. Mahinder Singh Gill, Baldeep Singh Gill Canada and the entire family, this camp is organized every year for the treatment of eyes and other diseases from January 28, Sunday from 7 am to 2 pm at Gurdwara Shaheed Ganj Sahib. It will be installed at village Akalgarh.
In this regard, Baldeep Singh Gill from the organizing committee said that this 19th free medical camp dedicated to the great martyrs of the cult is being organized with the support of Guru Nanak Mission Hospital Jalandhar.
He said that during this camp, all the treatment of eye diseases operations, lenses, spectacles etc. will be done free of cost. Along with this, X-ray, ECG, laboratory test services will also be available.
He said that during the camp, patients will be examined by hospital doctors and medicines will be given free of charge. The Gill family will provide assistance for the treatment of patients in need of diseases other than eyes. Food will be given free by the hospital to the patients admitted to the hospital. Gurdwara Shaheed Ganj Sahib village Akalgarh will provide langar and tea water for all the patients coming to the camp.
Along with this, keeping in mind the convenience of the patients arriving at the camp, like every year, special arrangements have been made to transport the patients from Ajit Market Adda Nurpur Bedi Garsankar and Bus Adda Village Goli to Akalgarh.
He said that during the camp, Dr. Kapalmeet Singh, Dr. Navneem Garg, Dr. Mohit Ghai, Dr. Harpreet Kaur Sangha (all eye specialists), Dr. RK Bali, Surgical Specialist, Dr. Tanveer Dumra, Bone Specialist, Dr. Mamta Sunda, Medical Specialist and Dr. Manish Services of other doctors including Agarwal Medical Officer will also be available to patients.
Baldeep Gill said that this time during the camp international social worker Dr SP Obrai will specially arrive during the camp.
