
Yoga classes are being held at different places in the district under 'CM's Yogashala' - Komal Mittal
Hoshiarpur - Deputy Commissioner Komal Mittal said that under the project 'CM's Yogashala' started by Chief Minister Punjab Bhagwant Singh Mann for the dream of a healthy Punjab, 44 yoga trainers are running yoga classes at 153 places in Hoshiarpur district, where the trend is Yoga trainers are teaching yoga to people for free.
Hoshiarpur - Deputy Commissioner Komal Mittal said that under the project 'CM's Yogashala' started by Chief Minister Punjab Bhagwant Singh Mann for the dream of a healthy Punjab, 44 yoga trainers are running yoga classes at 153 places in Hoshiarpur district, where the trend is Yoga trainers are teaching yoga to people for free.
The Deputy Commissioner said that there should be a group of 25 citizens to take the eligible classes and one can avail the benefit by making a missed call on the telephone number 76694 00500 to join the programme. He said that through 'CM's Yogashala', free yoga training is being given to the people at the places chosen by them like parks, public places. He said that the government has appointed yoga trainers for this who are making people aware about the methods of yoga by going to different constituencies of Hoshiarpur district.
Komal Mittal said that if a person has a place available for doing a yoga class and has a group of at least 25 people, then the Punjab government will send a qualified yoga trainer home and if people want, they can also register themselves. He said that the government has taken an initiative to provide free education to the citizens of the state. Under this scheme, a team of certified yoga teachers has been established in Punjab, so that yoga can be brought to every home. Yoga supervisor Madhvi Singh said that apart from Hoshiarpur city, 44 yoga trainers are organizing yoga classes in all the main places of the district. In which yoga classes are running at 78 places in Hoshiarpur city, 6 in Bhunga, 10 in Dasuha, 10 in Garhshankar, 5 in Mahilpur, 10 in Chabewal, 11 in Mukerian, 7 in Hajipur, 8 in Talwara and 8 in Tanda.
