
Tiwana Group wins in Patiala District Bar Association election
Patiala, December 16 - Manveer Singh Tiwana Group has won all the key positions in the Patiala District Bar Association's annual office election. According to the announced results, Manveer Singh Tiwana defeated his opponent Rakesh Gupta with a margin of 166 votes for the election of President. Manveer got 888 votes and Rakesh Gupta got 722 votes. Swedev Sandy Ghaman made the bid for the vice president.

Manveer got 888 votes and Rakesh Gupta got 722 votes. Swedev Sandy Ghaman made the bid for the vice president. He defeated Aman Mathur by 352 votes. Sukhdev Sharma became the secretary who defeated Tegbir Dhillon by a margin of 315 votes. Joint Secretary Deepak Jindal defeated his opponent by a margin of 189 votes. Gurjit Singh Bawa became the treasurer who defeated Manpreet Kaur by a margin of 197 votes. Manpreet Cheema became the library in-charge. He defeated his opponent by a huge margin of 438 votes. Among the 10 members of the executive who have been selected are Kulveer Kaur, Ram Puri, Supinder Singh Sohi, Harmeet Kaur, Gurpreet Kaur, Visakhi Singh Kamboj, Arvind Pal, Mandeep Kaur Dhillon, Sam Sukhija and Karan Verma.
