Chandigarh, December 9 – The Photographic Society of Chandigarh, the oldest association of photo artists of the Tricity established in 1991, has exhibited photographs of 23 members of the society in a three-day photo exhibition 'Photo 2023' organized at Punjab Kala Bhavan Sector 16, Chandigarh. . The photo exhibition was formally inaugurated by the President of Chandigarh Press Club Mr. Sourav Duggal. This exhibition started on December 8 and will continue till December 10. A large number of spectators were present at the inauguration.

Dinesh Verma, president of the society, said that the society organizes a photo exhibition every year. He said that this time in the exhibition more than one photograph has been displayed by each member which is based on different topics. He said that this exhibition has been mainly sponsored by Omara Fine Jewelery and along with this special support has also been given by Janata Land Promoter Limited. Patron of the society Dr. SS Bhamra said that from time to time the society organizes events related to the art of photography in which workshops, competitions, lectures, competitions, portfolio shows, tours and photo walks are organized.
