Hoshiarpur - Member Secretary, Punjab State Legal Services Authority, SAS Nagar, Mohali to promote free legal aid, schemes of NALSA and National Lok Adalat to be held on 9th March District and Sessions Judge-cum-Chairman District Legal The Traveler Van was flagged off by Services Authority Dilbagh Singh Johal for campaigning in different villages and urban areas of the district.
Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Secretary District Legal Services Authority Aparajita Joshi was also present on this occasion. Along with various schemes of NALSA run by Panel Advocates and PLVs Authority through this Traveler Van, Free Legal Aid, Lok Adalats, Permanent Lok Adalat (Public Utility), Mediation and Conciliation Center and Legal Aid Defense Council System, Hoshiarpur. will be publicized so that more and more people can become aware of these schemes. The main objective of this traveler van is to make people aware about free legal services, NALSA schemes and their legal rights. Along with this, during the year 2024, awareness will be given about the benefits of the National Lok Adalats to be established at the district level and sub-division level. On this occasion, the panel advocate and all the staff were present.
