SAS Nagar, December 8 - Anti-Atrocities and Anti-Corruption Front Punjab President S. Balwinder Singh Kumbhara led by a delegation of the leaders of the Reservation Thieves Front.

The letter has demanded the government to take legal action against the holders of fake caste certificates and between 2016 and 2023, the Punjab State Scrutiny Committee has rejected as many fake caste certificates as the number of complaints received regarding fake caste certificates. Information should be given publicly regarding how many employees/officials have been dismissed from their posts and how many cases have been filed against the fake caste certificate holders rejected by the committee.

It has been demanded in the letter that according to the decision taken in the meeting held with the Cabinet Sub-Committee of the Reservation Thieves Front on June 13, the legal opinion sought by the Advocate General Punjab from the Social Justice Department Punjab to cancel the letter dated July 15, 2021 has been made public. Go and all the demands of the requisition given to the Cabinet Sub-Committee should also be implemented.

It has also been demanded that all the cases related to fake caste certificates pending in the Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, should be made public and the Social Justice Authority and Minorities Department, Punjab, should immediately submit their answers to the court. to go Along with this, it has been demanded that the FIR against Balveer Singh Alampur on the statements of fake caste certificate holders by the Vigilance Bureau Flying Squad Phase 1 Mohali should be cancelled.

The letter has demanded that a caste-based census should be conducted in Punjab and according to which Rawkhankaran should be implemented and the 85th amendment should be implemented and the wages of laborers in the state should be increased to 21000 rupees per month as per the central government.
