Patiala, December 8 – Additional District Magistrate Anuprita Johal, in exercise of powers conferred under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act No. 2 of 1974), from Additional Director General Police Traffic Punjab within the limits of District Patiala from Chandigarh.
Prohibition orders have been issued to install red, blue, yellow lights on vehicles and black film on mirrors without taking prior approval. Apart from this, prohibition orders have also been issued by the Additional District Magistrate if black film, blue light, red light and amber lights are sold by any shopkeeper in the district and black film is applied on the windows of the vehicle. These orders will remain in force till February 5, 2024.
