Cow Ambulance is running for three years

SAS Nagar, November 23 - Punjab's initiative Registered Cow Ambulance, run by the Cow Grass Seva Samiti for free treatment and transport of injured, sick and injured cows to cow sheds/hospitals, has completed three years. Shishpal Garg, president of the committee, said that this cow ambulance is being run in Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula and its adjoining areas and a total of 2159 complaints have been settled through it so far.

He said that every day 3 to 4 complaints are received on the number issued by the committee to provide information about accident-prone, injured and sick cattle on the roads and the committee's team makes all possible efforts to resolve these complaints.

He said that the committee is running a cow hospital in Phase 1 in front of the old DC office where 171 cows have been brought for free treatment during the last three months.
