A case has been registered under Sections 15/61/85 of DPS. During the blockade at Samana-Pataran road, 4 quintals of 50 kg of poppy seeds were recovered from the truck number PB 11 CY 1830 of the two drug smugglers and both were arrested. These smugglers are used to buy dried poppy seeds from Madhya Pradesh and sell them in Punjab. The accused are being interrogated in depth. There is no previous criminal case registered against them.
