In this context, the area on both sides of the Haroli Rampur bridge is being developed as a tourist facility complex.

This information was given by Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri while addressing the media persons after inspection of the traffic park site to be built near Haroli Rampur bridge. He said that about Rs 3 crore is being spent on this traffic park being built in Gram Panchayat Roda and its construction work will be completed within 6 months through the Public Works Department.
He informed that a synthetic track will also be built on the outskirts of the traffic park so that the young generation of the area can get a suitable place to practice racing. He said that apart from being multi-useful, this traffic park will be developed as a beautiful place. He instructed the officials of the Public Works Department that before constructing this traffic park, they should visit the traffic park built in Mohali near Chandigarh and develop facilities of the same level here. He said that about 250 kanals of vacant government land near the bridge will be developed as a beautiful sports stadium in the near future so that the emerging sports talents of the area can get a proper sports platform to practice.
He said that CCTV cameras have been installed on Haroli Rampur bridge at a cost of Rs 35 lakh and within the next one year, every corner of Haroli assembly constituency will be connected with CCTV cameras. He said that the development work being done in the area is being taken forward after in-depth discussions with the local public representatives and intellectuals so that keeping in mind the difficulties of the local residents, they can be provided the benefits of development facilities.
After this, he also inspected the site of the proposed Jal Shakti Department Superintendent Engineer office building near Haroli Rampur bridge.
On this occasion, SDM Haroli Vishal Sharma, SDM Una Vishwa Mohan Dev Chauhan, Executive Engineer of Public Works Department Baldev Singh, Tehsildar Una Hussan Chand Chaudhary, Tehsildar Haroli Jaimal Singh, State Congress Committee Secretary Satish Bittu, Haroli Block Congress Committee President Vinod. Kumar Bittu, Roda Panchayat head Harish Kumar, Haroli Panchayat head Raman Kumari, Dharampur Panchayat head Subhadra, besides officers and employees of various departments and local folk songs were present.
