During this, Block Medical Officer Sanjay Mankotiya, while explaining the seriousness of drug addiction, said that we should all try to prevent this disease of drug addiction from occurring, we should end it before it occurs and if this disease occurs then its treatment would be very long. It is very painful for the affected person and his family. Explaining the importance of the word 'home', BMO Harauli said that society is formed from home only. If every household succeeds in trying to be healthy, then our society itself will be healthy. Explained the importance of knocking at every house and asked everyone to come together and contribute to the drug-free Una campaign to reach every house.
He said that the main objective of Har Ghar Dastak campaign is to make more and more people aware about the ill effects of drugs at the rural level. Sanjay Mankotia said that we need to pay more attention to children. It is important to make children aware of the ill effects of drug addiction and its consequences. In this campaign, Sanjay Mankotiya himself along with the Panchayat Task Force went door-to-door and delivered the District Magistrate's message letter to the people. Apart from this, he said that if someone is consuming drugs or doing drug business around you, then you can give information about it on the Drug Free Himachal App. If you give anyone's information through this app, your identity will be kept confidential. He said that the youth should focus their attention on sports competitions so that activities like drug addiction can be avoided.
Giving information about this campaign, Gram Panchayat Pradhan Kewal Singh ji assured full cooperation and appealed to the common people to cooperate.
Haroli Block Coordinator Jayendra Heer said that now the doctors of our block will also play an important role in fighting this disease. He told that now the treatment of this disease will be started soon in our hospital so that people will be able to get treatment for diseases like drug addiction. Therefore he appealed to the people to share this information with as many people as possible.
