Meanwhile, the shopkeepers have put up tents outside their shops and decorated the goods.
On the occasion of Diwali, the shopkeepers expect to earn big and some shopkeepers also hold sales during this time. Sellers of dry fruits and other gift items have money on these days and people start buying and giving gifts to each other several days before Diwali.
Meanwhile, along with colorful lights, lamps are also being sold well and the shopkeepers selling food items are also earning handsomely. People who come to the markets for shopping are also interested in food and drink, due to which the shops selling food items are also crowded.
Today, people are shopping on the occasion of Dhanteras, in which people are buying utensils, clothes, ornaments etc. Steel, brass as well as crockery items are also attracting customers at hardware shops.
During this period, the shopkeepers have also decorated the house decorations. For Diwali, people are doing a lot of shopping for home decoration items as well as firecrackers. Every year, some places are designated by the administration for selling firecrackers so that the shopkeepers can sell firecrackers only at those places, but despite the instructions of the administration, firecrackers are being sold in many places, on which no action of the administration is seen
